El cu\u00e1l se integra por un delegado del Rector; cuatro asesores designados por el Rector, con car\u00e1cter ad.honorem para las \u00e1reas Tecnol\u00f3gica, de Ciencias de la Salud, de Ciencias Sociales y de Humanidades.
